1. Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.

Processing Time: You will receive your refund within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Non-Refundable Items: The following are not eligible for refunds:

Downloadable or digital products

Personalized or special-order items

Items sold on clearance or final sale

3. Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exception: If the return is due to our error (for example, you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
