  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received and another notification when it has been shipped.

2. Delivery Options

We deliver across Kenya through trusted courier and parcel delivery partners.

Delivery timelines:

  • Nairobi and major towns: 1–3 business days

  • Upcountry regions: 3–5 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: 5–7 business days

We also offer in-store pickup from our shop at Comfort 5, First Floor, Shop F8, Nairobi, Kenya. Customers selecting pickup will be notified once their order is ready for collection.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight and size

  • Courier service selected

The total shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
